American Heart Association recommends 75 minutes weekly of vigorous sweat-breaking exercise, the alternative is 150 minutes of low-level exercise.

That’s 30 minutes per day, five days a week.  

We suggest then adding 2 days of 30 minutes of movement for your mind + spirit!
